What we do
Research and Evaluation
We deliver participatory research studies and evaluations and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Methods include desk reviews, surveys, interviews, focus group discussions and workshops. We apply an inclusive approach to better ensure we capture a variety of voices.
Our most recent research includes a study into factors enabling violence against women and girls in Wandsworth. The study in which 150 people participated prompted the design of The Big Reshape programme.
Additionally, we recently completed an evaluation for Islington Council, together with True Research and an evaluation for Bradford Community Alliance.

Community Engagement
We facilitate community connection and encourage collective action around shared goals.
As part of The Big Reshape programme, we have been bringing people together to imagine a world where everyone feels safe, valued and celebrated and create art. So far, over 500 children and adults have participated. We have been showcasing this artwork in libraries and other public spaces in Ealing, Wandsworth and Westminster together with reflections on the kind of world we want to live in. Most recently, we worked with Falconbrook and Shaftesbury Park schools in Battersea and Fircroft School in Tooting.
We will be working with other schools in the new school year.

Creative Camps and Clubs for Children
In addition to the work under The Big Reshape, we run creative, nature-inspired camps and clubs for primary-aged children under our flagship programme: Create, Explore & Grow.
The programme reflects our belief that children thrive when they have opportunities to connect with nature, express their creativity and build positive relationships.
We run holiday camps during the school holidays and after-school clubs during term time.
We will be running a camp during October 2026 half-term. Bookings will open at the beginning of September. More information can be found here.

Training, Facilitation and Advisory Support
We provide a range of support to social sector organisations in all areas of their work. We work with the organisation to determine their needs and develop a support plan accordingly.
Areas we can help with include theory of change design, developing M&E frameworks, strategy development, advocacy and interim project leadership.
Most recently, we supported Our Roehampton to develop their theory of change and simple tools to help understand and report the difference they are making. We are also on the Battersea Alliance preferred suppliers list.
