We are the lead partner in the management of The Big Reshape, a community-led programme that aims to inspire hope and influence positive action towards building a kinder, cleaner and fairer world where everyone feels safe and equally valued.

Social Research

We are experienced in using a combination of methods for data collection and analysis. These include desk reviews, surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions and workshops. We apply an inclusive, participatory approach to better ensure the right voices are heard.

Most recently, we led the research study in which 150 people participated that prompted the design of The Big Reshape programme.

We can conduct research on behalf of other organisations as necessary, in a consulting capacity.

Consultation and Engagement

We are experienced in conducting independent consultations and other key community engagement processes, based on the specific needs of our clients.

Work with children and young people

We are very experienced in providing social, emotional and academic support to children and young people in various settings.

In partnership with Maze Organisation, we are currently implement their Learn and Lead programme in primary schools to help to equip children with the confidence, skills and tools to support their learning; to nurture friendships; and be the best versions of themselves.

We also implement their ‘Celebrating the Individual’ afterschool programme, which through telling their stories, helps to improve communication and interpersonal skills; boost confidence and presentation skills; and to celebrate diversity and encourage inclusion.

Project Support

We are experienced in providing a range of support to social sector organisations at all stages of the project cycle (design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation), depending on the needs of the organisation.

We have extensive experience in applying inclusive, human rights-based approaches to community development as well as in advocacy.

We are on the Battersea Alliance preferred suppliers list.
